In The Kitchen
Sometimes I (like to) cook, lol. Lately I have been in a overly processed food rut and my health and waistline are showing it. So in an effort to lose weight and feel better, I have decided to revisit the old cook books from my mother and the church ladies. Those "old lady" recipes were easy, healthy and yummy. My goal is to slowly work my way through those books, so keep checking back!
